Well, well, I've been tagged - by TragedyScrapinAnne - so here it is:

1. Wrapping paper or gift bags? Depends on the age of the person receiving it!! For adults I think bags are ok but for children wrapping paper - isn't that the fun of it, tearing the paper off?

2. Real or Artificial tree? Artificial of course!! A real one is nice and I like the smell but don't want to have to worry about it dying or the pine needles everywhere!!

3. When do you put up the tree? Usually not until the first week in December - but this year got it up right after Thanksgiving!!

4.When do you take the tree down? Huh - I can never remember this one - is it bad luck to leave up over the New Year or not to? hee hee Well, whichever it is that's when I take it down..

5. Do you like Eggnog? Of course - with a little knocker in it too!! Old joke - when I was a little girl my grandmother used to make this all the time and they gave me a little bit with some liquor in it and I must have gotten a little tipsy because I kept saying give me some more Eggknocker instead of Eggnog!! hee hee

6. Favorite Gift you received as a child? Gosh - that's hard - can't remember real good anymore - but probably a doll or something!!

7. Do you have a nativity scene? Of course - but didn't get it out this year!! Just one more thing for the little one to get into!!

8. Hardest person to buy for? My dh parents - what do you buy someone who seems to have everything?


9. Easiest person to buy for? My kids

10. Worst Christmas gift ever received? Oh - you know that game at most Company parties where you pick a gift and then someone can take yours if they like it - well, I got some kind of Polka Dance record - needless to say no one wanted it - and regift, yeah, right!! LOL

IT's a Boy, news, & A Freebie

The NEWEST Addition to our family - It's a BOY!!!

Meet Dudley Do Right!! He is a Shih Chi (a mix between a Shih Tzu & a Chichaua!! His mom is the Shih Tzu and his dad is the chichaua!! ISN"T HE JUST THE CUTEST? He's 5 weeks old!!




And here he is with his new furbaby Brother, Snickers




Boy, I really didn't want to have to train another puppy, but here I am doing it again!! And it will all be worth it in the end!! LOL

Hi everyone!! Did you think that I dropped off the face of the earth? Well, I thought I might!! hee hee Haven't been on computer much lately!! How was everyones Thanksgiving? Good, I hope. Mine was pretty good - the company was good but if only I could have tasted that yummy food!! Had a sore throat and couldn't really taste a darn thing I ate. Still can't taste alot but it's getting better. Spent the whole weekend sick. YUCK - hate to be sick!! Well, there is lots to tell you about!! Sorry I don't have a freebie for you today - but will try to get another template done in the next few days to get to you!!

The Chelsea Kit (Sweet Butterflies) has hit the store at Moo Two Designs!!! Woot!! Woot!! This is one huge kit, over 815 MB. and there are contributions from over 16 designers!! And it's going for $10.00 - can you believe it? Remember me telling you that one of the designers at Moo Two (Jeanette Bollinger) was doing a charity kit for a little girl named Chelsea. Chelsea is a sweet little girl who has recently been diagnosed with Acute Myelogenous leukemia, a rare form of Leukemia that is very difficult to treat. Treatments are painful and time consuming, and force Chelsea to spend weeks to months at a time in the hospital. Her Mom has been staying at her side...no easy feat when you have a son and a husband at home that you rarely see!! As you can imagine, these treatments, as well as as necessities such as food and lodging for Chelsea's Mom, are very expensive! The proceeds from "Sweet Butterflies" will go directly to Chelsea and her family to help with the many expenses they have to meet. Hopefully the money will take some of the financial strain away and let them focus entirely on getting Chelsea over this major hurdle. To meet Chelsea and read her story in detail, visit her blog.
